400 Readers!
That’s right, ladies and gents! Back in July I posted about Unrealistic Expectations, which included reaching 400 readers by the end of 2016. Well, guess what! I made it! Not only did I make it, but I made it with time to spare! Two months to spare in fact (because this update is a little late. My bad. >.>)
I was so excited about it, I almost looked to have 500 followers by the end of the year, but… that’s still a bit out of my wheelhouse. :p And 400 is still an amazing number! So, thank you all so much for reading and following my blog. It really does mean the world to me and I hope to continue to bring you awesome content!
Speaking of awesome content… :p
Dare To Discuss
A few months ago, a fellow blogger, Lilyn, and myself decided we wanted to really spark some bookish discussions. Why? Well, because no one really seemed to comment on our book reviews. No one seemed interested in really discussing a book, but we were and we were far too excited about it to just ignore it. So, we came up with a bi-monthly event: Dare to Discuss.
In this bi-monthly event, one blog will host a discussion about the picked book of the month(as I did with Magonia back in September). Anyone who’s read it is welcome to join and, in fact, we want you to join us! The whole point is to get people really talking about books, both the ones they loved and hated. (Trust me, we’ve been on opposite sides of the fence before and that’s offered great discussions!)
Interested? Great! On Wednesday, November 16th, we’re having another event! Our newest addition to the Dare to Discuss panel, David, will be hosting this month over at his blog, The Scary Reviews! So, check the flyer below and come join us! We’d love to discuss I, ROBOT with you!
Speaking of book events… :p
Calendar Girls
Because I love blog collaborations so much, fellow blogger Flavia and I will be starting a new monthly event in January 2017! I can’t say much about the event just now, but Flavia and I will be dropping hints as we get closer to January, including January’s theme!
Stay tuned for more teasers and more updates on Calendar Girls! And if you’re interested in joining this new monthly event, please comment below or tweet us at @flavbibliophile or @Noellbernard!
Oh wow… I don’t know how I missed this. Congrats on the 400 followers! 🙂

Oh my God, 400 followers! Congratulations darling!!! ❤ ❤ hugs
And good luck with your new projects! I’m sure they’ll do great 🙂 Sometimes our lives get so chaotic that we forget to drop by to say “hey”. Or to check other people’s posts. It’s not that we’re not interested, it’s just that there’s so much going on at once… So many people and social media… It gets hectic.
I personally try to get involved as much as possible but even I find it difficult. Just don’t give up! People will come by more ^^ Meanwhile, keep writing awesome posts!

Haha! It doesn’t notify if you link to the homepage. I’m pretty sure you have to link to a specific post. It’s silly.
And thank you! ^.^

Ohhhhh that makes sense then. It really should notify you of that though, too. Oh well XD

I think it has to do with the ‘pingback’ function where it adds it as a comment and it can’t add a comment to the main page.
